ALICE Client Settings Won't Save
This article troubleshoots when the ALICE Client won't save its settings.
- Uninstall the ALICE client.
- Remove the "Client" file directories from the following locations:
- %appdata%
- C:\Program Files (x86)\WinTech LLC\Alice
- C:\ProgramData\WinTech LLC\Alice
- Reinstall the ALICE Client as a Local Admin
- Any further changes to the Client will require a Windows Admin user to be logged in.
Users added to the Domain admins group may need to be added to the local administrators group.
