For North American regions, Ring Central will configure the user for sip10.ringcentral:5060 or sip20.ringcentral:5060 for outbound on port 5090.

Ring central uses the outbound proxy port 5090 for UDP connections.

  1. Select the Advanced section of the ALICE Configuration tool and navigate to the Communications tab.
  2. In the "Communications" section, configure the Ring Central credentials following the example formats:

    • Extension / User:  Insert the username from Ring Central.
    • Password: Insert the Password from Ring Central.
    • Auth ID:  Insert the Auth ID from Ring Central
  3. Under "Communication Type" section, configure the following:
    • SIP: UDP

  5. Test the settings use the Test Connection button and, if successful, click Save.
    1. If the save button is not available, it's likely because the test failed.
