First Time Check-In

First Time Check-in allows visitors to check in without an appointment or a Registered Visitor code.

  • Check-In With Keyboard – When set to "ON," visitors can type in their information during check-in. Turning this feature off if ID Scanning is enabled for identity verification purposes is recommended.
  • Check-In with ID Scan – When set to "ON," visitors can scan their ID during check-in. To enable this feature, an ID scanner hardware and service are required. Contact your ALICE representative for more details.

Fast Track Check-in

The Fast Track Check-in option lets Registered Visitors and scheduled visitors quickly check-in without having to re-enter their information or scan their ID.

  • Check-In with QR code – Toggles the ability for a Registered Visitor to scan their QR code to check-in.
  • Check-in with code – Toggles the visitor's ability to type in their Registered Visitor code to check in.

Check Out

When enabled, visitors can check out using one of the below methods.

  • Check-Out with QR code – When set to "ON," the visitor can check out by scanning their Registered Visitor QR code.
  • Check-Out with code – When set to "ON," the visitor can check out by typing in their Registered Visitor code.
  • Check-Out with guest name – When set to "ON," the visitor can check out by searching for their name.

Calendar Event Check-In

When set to "ON," the visitor can check in to an event using the Event Calendar feature. The Event Calendar must be enabled to utilize this option. View the ARD's Configuration Events article for more details.
