The ALICE Directory's settings can be synced across all Directories within an organization.

ALICE Portal Global Settings Sync Settings

These settings will overwrite the settings of every ALICE Directory in your organization.

  • Sync Translations for all Directories – Settings configured in the Visitor Management translations will be synced and enforced on all ALICE Receptionist Directories within your organization.

  • Sync Surveys for all Directories – Survey fields and requirements will be synced and enforced on all ALICE Receptionist Directories within your organization.

  • Sync Private Screening list for all Directories – Private Screening settings will be synced and enforced on all ALICE Receptionist Directories within your organization, denying access at every location.

  • Sync Registered Visitors list for all Directories – Registered Visitor lists sync all Registered Visitors across every location, allowing for Fast Track Check-in at any ALICE Directory.
