ALICE Portal – Survey Graphs Tab

This article reviews the Survey Graph tab and how to generate survey graphs.

The Survey Graphs tab generates graphs based on the Survey responses collected during the Visitor Check-in, Check-out, and Pre-registration processes. The graphs included will include any survey that can be answered using a multiple-choice Radio or Check Box Survey type.

Generating a Survey Graph

To generate a report, populate the following fields.

  • Survey List – Select the Survey List to generate a report. If no Survey Lists appear, verify that at least one has been created under the Survey List Tab.
  • From – The starting date the report will pull records for.
  • To – The ending date the report will pull records for.

Once all three fields are populated, the graphs will be generated.
