ALICE Client – Directory Tab

This article walks through the Directory tab and how to add the Directories to the Client.

The Directory tab lists of available ALICE Receptionist kiosks within your organization. The ALICE Client software will only receive calls from Directories that are checked in this list.

At least one Directory must be selected to receive calls.
