ALICE Client – Log Tab

This article walks through configuring the Log tab for troubleshooting.

The Log tab sets the logging level for the ALICE Client software, which can help with troubleshooting.

Log Tab

  • Log Level – Use the drop-down to change the logging level for the ALICE Client software. By default, this is set to “Off.” An ALICE Support representative will recommend changing this setting if needed.

  • Roll Back Size – The number entered will determine the maximum number of records in the rollback file. The default is 100.

  • File Size – The number entered will determine the maximum size of the log file. The default is 100 KB.
