ALICE Directory – Components Tab (Audio / Visual Settings)

This article reviews the Components tab for audio and video settings.

The Components settings section selects the audio and video devices the ALICE Directory will use.

Components Audio Visual Settings

Audio / Video

  • Video Input Devices – Select the installed web camera the ALICE Directory will use.
  • Video Input Device Manufacture – When using an ELO Thermal camera, select "ELO Thermal."
  • Audio Input Devices – Select the microphone the ALICE Directory will use for calls.
  • Audio Output Devices – Select the speakers that will be used for audio.

Echo cancellation audio devices are recommended for the best call quality.
