Finalizing the ALICE Client's Configuration Settings
This article details finalizing your ALICE Client's configuration settings.
To complete the first-time setup, save the configured settings by clicking the Save button. The ALICE Client software will prompt the user to restart the application.
After the ALICE Client restarts, the Employee listing will become available on all Directories that include the assigned Employee in the membership.
If the employee shows offline or their card still only calls their phone, verify the employee has been configured for video calls on the ALICE Portal's Employees tab.
