Checked-in visitors can check out by identifying themselves using their Registered Visitor, a code associated with their visit, or by their name. If a check-out survey is active, it will appear after the guest identifies themselves. Once they complete the survey, the visitor will be checked out of the system. Check-out surveys can be configured in the [Survey section](https://kb.alicereceptionist.com/documents/alice-portal-survey-builder-tab?hsLang=en) of the ALICE Portal. Use this guide to inform employees of the check-out process or answer any questions from visitors.  The visitor is not intended to use this guide. ![Use Keyboard](https://kb.alicereceptionist.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Use%20Keyboard.png?width=500&height=281&name=Use%20Keyboard.png) ### Check Out by QR Code Scan QR Code lets visitors scan their Registered Visitor QR code to check out. The visitor will hold their QR code to the camera. Typing in a part of their name will begin a search.
