Visitors Do Not Receive Fast Track Check-In Code or QR Code with Appointment
This article troubleshoots when Check-in and QR Codes aren't received after creating an appointment.
When sending out appointments via an Outlook appointment or via the Import Guest function, the guests may only receive the calendar invitation email and not the email containing the QR and visitor code.
This can be caused by having "Add online meeting to all meetings" enabled in Outlook.
To resolve this issue, either uncheck that box for all appointments, or if you want to leave it on, select Don't Host Online on any ALICE appointments submitted.
