CMOS Battery: CR2032 2. Phillips head screwdriver Use appropriate measures to ground yourself before touching the CMOS Battery or any internal computer components. ### CMOS Battery Replacement Steps To access the computer module in a Floorstanding kiosk, the monitor must be removed from the kiosk base. Contact an ALICE Support representative for further instructions.  1. Shut down the PC and unplug all cords connected to the module, including its power cord. 2. Unscrew securing thumb bolts. 3. Place the module so that the Windows License and Elo stickers are face up 5. Remove the CMOS Battery. 13. Remove the CMOS battery. 15.
