Removing and Replacing the PC Module for the Lincoln Kiosk in Portrait Orientation
This guide provides steps for removing the computer module from an ALICE Portrait Kiosk with a 32”, 42" or 55” LCD.
This guide requires partial disassembly of the kiosk. Two people are required to safely remove the monitor from the kiosk.
Prepare a table large enough to hold the Kiosk monitor. Cover it with a soft cloth to protect the monitor's screen when face down.

- Open the Kiosk door using a security lock.
- Unplug the power cord for the monitor.
- Under the monitor, disconnect all USB cables
- Disconnect the CAT 5 cable.
- From the rear of the kiosk, remove the six screws holding the monitor to the Kiosk base.
- Lift the monitor from the kiosk.
- With a partner, lift the kiosk at least 8 inches upward along the kiosk slope. Then, move the monitor away from the kiosk.
- Lay the monitor face down flat on the covered table.
- With the kiosk lying flat on a table, loosen the two screws securing the computer module to the monitor.
- Slide the computer module out from the housing compartment.
- Now, slide the new or repaired module back into the monitor.
- Follow the steps in reverse to reassemble the kiosk.
