Usage Details, Call Details, or Visitor Images Are Not Being Collected

This article walks through enabling usage details, call details, and visitor image capture.

Usage Details and Call Logs will not be collected if they're not activated in the ALICE Configuration.

  1. On the ALICE Directory Kiosk, close the ALICE Directory software.
  2. Launch the ALICE Configuration tool.
  3. Select the Advanced section.
  4. Select the Options tab.
  5. In the "Security Options" section, enable the following:
    • Capture Usage Details
    • Capture Call Details
    • Capture Visitor Image
  6. Click Save, and the ALICE Directory will relaunch and begin collect this data.
