Turn Badge Printing On or Off

The following article will walk you through enabling or disabling badge printing on the ALICE Directory.

  1. Log into the ALICE Portal as an ALICE Portal User or ALICE Administrator.
  2. Under the Visitor Management section, navigate to the Check-in Settings' General tab.
  3. Under the "Directory" drop-down menu, verify the ALICE Directory you're modifying is selected.
  4. Toggle the "Print Badge" setting from On to Off to disable badge printing or Off to On to enable badge printing.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Restart the ALICE Directory software on the ALICE PC or wait 60 minutes for the change to sync. The badge printing will now have the updated setting.
