Website Embedded in the ALICE Directory Does Not Update to the Latest Version

This article provides steps to clear the ALICE Directory's embedded browser cache so that the webpage loads the latest version.

If the website embedded in the ALICE Directory does not update to the latest version, the browser cache will need to be cleared.

Clearing the cache from Google Chrome, Edge, or any other installed browser will not remove the cached website data.

  1. On the ALICE Directory PC, open Windows' File Explorer.
  2. Navigate to the Local AppData folder using %LocalAppData%
  3. Delete the contents of the following folder \CefSharp\Cache\Cache
  4. Relaunch the ALICE Directory and reload the website.
