Add or Update Company Logo on Visitor Badges

This guide will walk through how to add or update the company logo on the visitor badges.

To change the Badge Logo, a file titled "ALICELOGO.png" will need to be updated on the ALICE Kiosk PC. 

  1. With an image editor, create a PNG image file for your company logo using one of the two options:
    • Square: For logos that fit evenly in a square, use a 100 x 100 pixel image. Example:

    • Rectangle: For wider logos, use a 200 x 93 pixel image. Example:

  2. Save the file as "ALICELOGO.png"
  3. On the ALICE Kiosk PC, navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\WinTech LLC\Alice\ALICE AVM\Images
  4. Replace the "ALICELOGO.png" file in this location with your new logo file.
  5. Log into the ALICE Portal as an ALICE User or ALICE Administrator.
  6. Select Check-in Settings under "Visitor Management."
  7. Under the General tab, set the "Badge Logo Orientation" to "Square" or "Rectangle," depending on your logo's dimensions.
  8. Click the orange Save button.
  9. Restart the ALICE Directory and use the visitor check-in to print a visitor badge. Verify the logo's placement.
