"No Results Found" When Exporting Data

This article walks through common configuration issues that may prevent reports from including data. 

Report 2

Verify the following fields:
  • Client: This is typically auto-set when the page loads. If your system has only one client, it will be auto-selected.
  • Location: If you have multiple locations, you must select one from this list. If you only have one location in ALICE, it will be auto-selected.
  • Directory: If you have multiple ALICE Directories, you must select one from this list. If you only have one ALICE Directory, it will be auto-selected.
  • Report Tabs: Verify that you have selected the correct report type. 
    • Visitor check-in reports are found under Visitor Management.
  • From Date: Verify the date the report should begin is accurate.
  • To Date: Verify the date the report should end is accurate.
