ALICE Portal – Private Screening Global Lists Tab
This article reviews the ALICE Portal's Private Screening Global Lists Tab and the private screening features.
The Global Lists tab contains configuration options for Global Lists. Global Lists contain Restricted Individuals who will be flagged during the check-in process. Refer to the ALICE Portal Private Screening Manage Individuals Tab to add users to these lists.
Creating a New Global List
To add a new screening list, select the orange Add button in the top right corner of the screen. A pop-up window will appear.
- Name – The internal name of the screening list.

Description – The internal description for the screening list.
Select Save to create the list.
Cloning an Existing Global List
To clone a list of individuals between lists, select the Clone button in the row of the list that will be cloned. A pop-up window will appear.

From – The list that will be cloned.

To – The list that will be cloned to.
Select Save to finalize the cloning process.
Editing a Global List
Click the blue pencil icon in the last column of the row. A pop-up window will appear where the listing's settings can be edited.
Disabling a Global List
The “Archive” column includes a toggle in the Global List's row. Toggle the archive option to “On” to disable the Global List.
Deleting a Global List
Click the red trash can icon on the far-right column of the row. A pop-up window will ask for confirmation of the deletion of the listing from the database.
Deleted records cannot be recovered.
