This article troubleshoots websites that do not load in the ALICE Directory.
Testing in a Chromium Browser
Download a Chromium-based browser, such as Google Chrome. Test the affected website in Chrome. If the website doesn't load, report the issue to your web development team.
The version of Chromium in ALICE may vary from the current consumer Chrome release. If the website loads properly in Chrome, contact ALICE Support for further testing steps.
Other Considerations
If there is an issue with the certificate, the website may not load. Test using the website's public IP address instead of the website URL.
A DNS issue where the domain and web address are exactly the same can cause websites not to load.
