Invalid URL When Opening Webpage in ALICE

An error appears referencing an invalid URL ven though the URL loads correctly when tested manually in a browser.

Validate the URL

Confirm the URL is actually valid

In the ALICE Config or ALICE Portal, copy the exact URL configured in the system.
Paste it directly into a browser address bar on the ALICE Kiosk PC. Confirm it loads without redirect errors, certificate warnings, or a login prompt.

Install EvergreenStandalone WebViewer2

On the ALICE Kiosk PC,

Run EvergreenStandalone WebViewer2 Runtime is installed on the affected PC

Restart the affected application/PC after installation and retest.
