Requesting RMA Services from ELO Touch
This article walks through the RMA process for repairing ELO Touch hardware.
RMAs are submitted through ELO's RMA Services Portal.
- Under the "Services Portal," Log in with an existing account or select Register a New Account.
RMAs can be requested on the "Request a Repair or Return" page.
- Set the region and country.
- Enter the hardware's serial number.
- Click on Lookup.
- On the "Warranty Status Results" page, verify that your warranty is still active.
- Click on Create RMA for 1 Product.
- Fill out technical support case details and the shipping address.
- Click Continue.
Providing the optional Technical Support Case Numbers can help expedite the RMA approval process.
- Choose your Shipping Address from the verified address list.
- Click Confirm.
- Review the Terms and Conditions, then select the box "I agree to the above policy and terms."
- Select Agree & Checkout.
- You will receive an email verifying your RMA request has been completed.
