Requesting RMA Services from ELO Touch

This article walks through the RMA process for repairing ELO Touch hardware. 

RMAs are submitted through ELO's RMA Services Portal.

  1. Under the "Services Portal," Log in with an existing account or select Register a New Account.

RMAs can be requested on the "Request a Repair or Return" page.

  1. Set the region and country.
  2. Enter the hardware's serial number.
  3. Click on Lookup.

  4. On the "Warranty Status Results" page, verify that your warranty is still active. 
  5. Click on Create RMA for 1 Product.

  6. Fill out technical support case details and the shipping address.
  7. Click Continue.

    Providing the optional Technical Support Case Numbers can help expedite the RMA approval process.

  8. Choose your Shipping Address from the verified address list.
  9. Click Confirm.

  10. Review the Terms and Conditions, then select the box "I agree to the above policy and terms."
  11. Select Agree & Checkout.

  12. You will receive an email verifying your RMA request has been completed.
